However, Warren East blanked AC-S 3-0 (25-18, 25-22, 25-12) one night later to claim the District 15 title for a fourth consecutive year.

Logan County—a traditionally strong Region 4 program—has dominated the relatively few meetings between the two programs since 2003. The Lady Cougars lead the series 16-1 including 6-0 in matchups in Region 4 tournament action. The only AC-S win came in 2003. Monday’s match is just the fifth meeting in the past 11 years.

A Logan County victory will mark the Lady Cougars’ 21st appearance in the semifinals in the past 23 years. Logan County has three region titles in program history (2008, 2013, 2023).
