Clovis Joe Cornwell (1940 – 2024)

Clovis Joe Cornwell, 84, passed away on November 26,2024 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

He was born to the late Clovis Jack Cornwell and Margaret Brandon Cornwell.

Joe is survived by his wife, Nancy Landrum Cornwell, of Fountain Run, Ky.; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Jo and Tony Houchens, Glasgow, Ky.; granddaughter, Kaemyn Houchens, Glasgow; sisters: Marie Solomon, of Princeton, Ind., Glenith Morrison, Fountain Run, Betty Crabtree, Hendersonville, Tenn. and Becky Pitcock, Fountain Run, sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews.

Joe is preceded in death by three sisters, an infant brother and six brothers-in-law.

Funeral services were held at Fountain Run Funeral Home on Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024 at 2 p.m. with Bro. Robbie Perkins and Bro. Eric Copass officiating. Burial followed at Fountain Run Cemetery.
