Freda Dianne Dyer (1952 – 2024)

Freda Dianne Dyer, 72, of Scottsville, Ky., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Bowling Green, Ky., native was a retired secretary for Dyer & Associates, former employee of G.E., Sumitomo, Country Oven Bakers, South Central Bell and bus driver for the Warren County School System.

She was a faithful member of Scottsville Church of Christ and daughter of the late Luther Richard Floyd and Elizabeth Vincent Grimes Floyd.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Barry D. Dyer, Scottsville; one son, Brian Derick Dyer and wife, Jessica, Bowling Green; one daughter, Brandi E. Ogren and husband, Lt. Col. Christopher, Niceville, Fla.; two brothers: Ronnie Floyd and Gary Floyd, both of Bowling Green; three sisters: Martha Floyd, Marilyn Roberson and Sandra Duvall, all of Bowling Green; one brother-in-law, Delane Dyer, Scottsville; three grandsons: Alexander Ogren, Grayson Ogren and Baylen Dyer and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers: Harold Floyd and Bobby Floyd.

A private funeral service will be held at a later date with entombment in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Goad Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
