Cara Lee King (1966 – 2024)

Cara Lee King, 58, of Scottsville, Ky., passed away Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024 at her home surrounded in love by her family and friends.

She was a daughter of Larry and Sharon Kirby.

She is survived by her husband,  Timmy King, Scottsville; two sons:  Daniel King, Alvaton, Ky. and Caleb King, Lexington, Ky.; two daughters:  Ashley McPeak, Scottsville and Alexus King, Portland, Tenn.; her parents:  Larry and Sharon Kirby, Alvaton; four grandchildren her mother-in-law, one brother,  one sister,  one sister-in-law, three nephews, three nieces and an abundance of aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.

Funeral service was 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23, 2024 at Scottsville Baptist Church with burial in Friendship Community Church Cemetery with Bro. Kenny Sullivan officiating.
