Joshaway Thomas Caskey (1947 – 2025)

Joshaway Thomas Caskey, 77, of Hopkinsville, Ky., passed away Monday, Jan. 13, 2025 at Dawson Springs Health & Rehab, Dawson Springs, Ky. The Bowling Green, Ky., native was a son of the late William Robert Caskey and Ruby Nell Pierce Young and wife of the late Ada Lindsey Caskey.

He is survived by his niece and caregiver: Leisa Payne, Bowling Green; three sisters: Barbara Douglas and Clara Aspin, both of Bowling Green; Linda Coots, Indiana; special cousin: Barry Wilson, Bowling Green; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother, William Baldwin and one sister, Edna Evans.

A Celebration of Life service for friends and family will be held at a later date. Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
