Sue Patterson Kirby (1939 – 2025)

Sue Patterson Kirby, 85, of Glasgow, Ky., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.

Sue was the daughter of George N. and Opal (Matter) Patterson.

Sue is survived by a son, Ricky Kirby; two grandchildren, Jordan Elisabeth and Kristin Nichole Kirby.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carlene Kirby and a son, John Kirby.

Funeral services will be held at Yokley Trible Funeral Home at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23, with burial to follow at Caney Fork Cemetery. Bro. Jimmy Cushenberry will officiate the service.
