Barbara Sue Pirtle Green (1939 – 2025)

Barbara Sue Pirtle Green, 85, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025. The Bowling Green, Ky., native was a daughter of  the late Henry M. Pirtle and Willie B. Green.

In addition to her husband, Damon Wesley Green and parents, Barbara was also preceded in death by her son, Danny Joseph Green; granddaughter, brother and sister.

Barbara Green is survived by her son, Paul Green; daughters: Danette Daniels, Cathy Hogue and Jennifer Franklin; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Hogue and Bro. Tim Hogue officiating. Interment followed in The Macon County Memorial Gardens.
