Michael Louis Brown (1951 – 2025)

Michael Louis Brown, 74, of Bowling Green, Ky., passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Magnolia Village in Bowling Green.  The Scottsville, Ky., native was a brick layer and member of Wards Chapel AME Church and a son of the late Joseph Lewis Brown and Zula Soules Bradshaw.

He is survived by one daughter, Megan Calderon and husband, Raynado, Bowling Green; a father figure to Stephen Goodbar and wife, Andrea, Bowling Green; three grandchildren: Alicia, Adrian and Charlotte; one step brother,  George Bradshaw, Scottsville; one niece, Tina Kelsey; one great niece, Keanna Steward; one great nephew, Grant Brown; one great great nephew, Nicholas Steward;

He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Valorie Brown; one sister, Donna Kelsey and one niece: Nicole Brown Elkins.

Graveside service will be noon Tuesday at Crown Hill Cemetery with Rev. Louis Haynes officiating.
