Christopher Dewayne Cornwell (1981 – 2025)

Christopher Dewayne Cornwell, 44, of Adolphus, Ky., passed away Monday, April 14, 2025 at The Medical Center at Scottsville. The Scottsville, Ky., was a son of Phillip R. Driver and Teresa Jean Smith Driver.

He is survived by his parents: Phillip and Teresa Driver, Adolphus; his maternal grandmother, Jean Smith, Scottsville; one sister: Nicole Ferguson, Scottsville; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Leon Smith.

Funeral service was be 1 p.m. Friday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Stephen Bratcher officiating and burial in New Salem Cemetery.
