Frankie J. McClellan (1932 – 2025)

Frankie J. McClellan, 93, of Franklin, Ky. and formerly of Scottsville passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025 at The Medical Center at Franklin. The Franklin native was a homemaker and member of Scottsville Church of Christ. She was a daughter of the late Elijah Carroll Farmer and Florence Eula Williams Farmer and wife of the late Billy Joe McClellan.

She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Marie Isenberg and husband, Scotty, Franklin; one brother, Ben Farmer, Franklin; daughter-in-law, Karen McClellan, Fountain Run, Ky.; three grandchildren: Michael McClellan and wife, Jamie, Cave City, Ky., Billy Riddle and Jennifer Riddle Smith and husband, Daniel.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Josephine Riddle and husband, Lloyd and two sons: Joe C. McClellan and Gordon McClellan.

Funeral service was 11 a.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Pollard officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens.
