Billy Lewis Shockley (1953 – 2025)

Billy Lewis Shockley, 71, of Scottsville, Ky., passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025 at his daughter’s residence.

The Scottsville native was a son of the late Marlin Lewis Shockley and Dora Dean Disman Shockley and husband of the late Shirley Mae Brown Shockley.

He is survived by two sons: Christopher Shockley, Seattle, Wash.; Isaac Shockley, Bowling Green, Ky.; one daughter, Euriea Mae Perry, Scottsville; one brother, Bro. Roy Shockley, Scottsville; one sister, Virginia Carver, Scottsville; six grandchildren.

Funeral service was 2 p.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Shockley officiating and burial in Mt. Union General Baptist Church Cemetery.
