Hazel Anne Clark (1948 – 2025)

Hazel Anne Clark, age 76, died June 14, 2025 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green.

Preceding her in death are her parents Jacques Omer Clark and Verna Opal Davis, and brother Mickey Clark.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Judy Clark; nieces: Julie Bransford, and Terry Stinson; nephew, David Clark; four great nieces and three great-great nieces.

A celebration of life was Sunday at 3 p.m. at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
