Robert “Bobby” Gordon (1956 – 2025)

Robert “Bobby” Gordon, 68, of Scottsville, Ky., passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care.  He was born in Louisville, Ky., to the late James Elic Gordon and Sarah Lee Mitchell Gordon.  He was a graduate of Greenwood High School in Louisville and a retired car wash attendant.

He is survived by three sisters:  Rita Warner and husband, Kenneth, Scottsville; Linda Nelly and Ruby Stone and husband, Wayne, all of Louisville; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters:  Jean Meredith and Joyce Newnam and one brother,  Ray Gordon.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025 with Bro. Owen Minix officiating.  Visitation will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday until service time at Goad Funeral Home.
