Robert Clay Calvert (1959 – 2025)

Robert Clay Calvert, 65, of Scottsville, Ky., passed away Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was a son of the late Jesse Clay Calvert and Betty Irene Howe Russell.

He is survived by one son,  Tony Calvert, Adolphus, Ky.; two step sons:  Chris Perry, Rupert, Idaho and Kenneth Ray Perry Jr., Scottsville; two step daughters: Angela Marie Perry and Lavena Michelle Perry, both of Scottsville; two brothers: Bobby Clay Calvert, Portland, Tenn. and Clayton Calvert, Scottsville; one sister, Mary Ladd, Scottsville; and 15 step grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sons:  Jesse Clay Calvert and Charlie Craigmyle.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
