Ronnie Weaks Sr. (1936 – 2025)

Ronnie Weaks Sr., 88, of Bowling Green, Ky., passed away Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was born in Washington, Mo., to the late Fred Weaks and Alice Alberta Boston Weaks.  He was a U. S. Army veteran, retired employee of General Motors and member of Northminster Presbyterian Church in Dellwood, Mo. and U. A. W. Local 2164.

He is survived by his wife, May Hogue Weaks, Bowling Green; five sons:  Ronald D. Weaks Jr., Omaha, Neb.; Jeff Weaks, Lincoln, Neb.; Tommy Hogue (Glenda), Clinton, Tenn.; Jeff Hogue (Mechelle) and Gary Hogue (B.J.), all of Bowling Green; one daughter, Elizabeth Ward (John), Knoxville, Tenn.; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral service was be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Elvis Farley officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens.
