Bro. Pat Cline (1930 – 2025)

Bro. Pat Cline, 95, Scottsville, Ky., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Scottsville native was a carpenter, farmer, a retired bus driver for Allen County School system, a General Baptist minister having served at Shady Grove, Oak Street, Lighthouse and Friendship Community Church. He was a member Maple Grove General Baptist Church and Graham Lodge no. 208 F & A.M for 65 years. He was a son the late Garland Underwood Cline and Lora Ella Huntsman Cline and husband the late Janice Eudell Graves Cline.

He is survived by one son, Carl Cline and wife, Eva, Scottsville; two daughters: Carla Keen and husband, Bro. Jeff, Scottsville; Jana Strickler and husband, Doug, Bowling Green, Ky.; two sisters: Wilma Stephens, Scottsville and Nelda Smith, Indianapolis, Ind., special friend and caregiver, Danny Preasmyer, Scottsville; nine grandchildren: Andy Cline (Laura); Adam Cline (Sarah); Amy Graves (Luc); Jordan Keen (Kortney); Collin Keen (Morgan); Katie Beth Henson; Colleen Filiatreau (Sawyer); Chad Cline (Ashley); Derrick Cline (Jessica); 19 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by one son, Ricky Cline; three sisters and six brothers.

Funeral service was 2 p.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Lawrence Gilliam and Bro. Johnathan Marsh officiating and burial in Maple Grove Cemetery with Bro. Kimble Willoughby officiating.
