Phyllis Ann Spencer (1948 – 2025)

Phyllis Ann Spencer, 77, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of Lifeskills Industries and her special place was Medical Center Adult Day Care. She was a daughter of the late Cloyd Neal Spencer and Dorothy Lee Conner Spencer.

She is survived by 1 brother: Joe Douglas Spencer and wife, Dana, Scottsville, KY; Very Special Caregiver: Melinda Boards, Bowling Green, KY; 1 nephew: Jay Spencer; 1 great nephew: Brayden Spencer; 1 great niece: Raeghan Spencer and several cousins.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Kimble Willoughby officiating and burial in Clifton Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and after 7 a.m. Saturday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
