Raymond Maxwell Belk (1992 – 2025)

Raymond Maxwell Belk, 33, of Scottsville, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025 at his residence. He was a son to James Raymond Toler, who survives, and the late Tammy Sue Belk.

He is survived by one son, Bentlee Belk, Bowling Green, Ky.; one daughter: Hailie Sue Fuchs, Indianapolis, Ind.; his father, James Toler, Scottsville; his step mother: Teresa Earles, Scottsville; three brothers: Jimmy Toler, Ohio; Logan Toler, Scottsville; Chris Koczera, Alpine; four sisters: Stacy Shoffner, Guys, Tenn.; Amanda Belk and Jamie Toler, both of Scottsville; Jessica Belk, Pennsylvania.

Cremation was chosen. Goad Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
