Cynthia Sue Curnell (1952 – 2025)

Cynthia Sue Curnell, 73, of Dawson Springs, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025 in Scottsville, Ky.  The Auburn, Ill., native was a daughter of the late Charles Tomarelli and Ellen Mae Mann Tomarelli and wife of the late Herman Ray Curnell.

She is survived by three sons: Joseph Ray Curnell and James Curnell, both of Dawson Springs and Richard Curnell, Scottsville; one daughter, Lori Curnell, Dawson Springs; one brother, William “Bill” Tomarelli, Spring, Texas; one sister, Charlene Berry, Spring, Texas; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation or funeral service at this time.  Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
