Charles Kenneth Bankard (1934 – 2025)

Charles Kenneth Bankard, 90, of Edmonton, Ky., passed away Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025 at his residence. The Frederick, Md., native was a son of the late Earl Franklin Bankard and Loretta Gorsuch Bankard.

He is survived by his wife, Maxine Bankard, Edmonton; two sons: James Wesley Bruce and wife, Kathleen, Edmonton and Charles Allen Bankard and wife, Susan Lynn, Peoria, Ill.; one daughter, Tammy Wren, Yuma, Ariz.; one brother: Richard C. Bankard, Westminster, Md.; five grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

A memorial graveside service and celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation was chosen, and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
