Joanne Tooley (1963 – 2025)

Joanne Tooley, 61, Smiths Grove, Ky., and formerly of Tompkinsville, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 25, at T.J. Samson Hospital.

Joanne was a daughter of the late Rena (Davis) Gentry and James Christian Goode.

Joanne is survived by a daughter, Vickie Whitley, Smiths Grove; a son, Eric Forrest, Seymore, Tenn.; four grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy Goode and Casey Goode, both of Tompkinsville; a half brother, David Goode, a step sister, Cynthia McCarter, both of Tompkinsville and a step brother, David Gentry, Bowling Green, Ky.

A memorial service will be announced later.
