Nicole Lindsey (1981 – 2025)

Nicole Lindsey, 44, of Scottsville, Ky., passed away Monday, Oct. 20, 2025 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky.  The Bowling Green, Ky., native was a daughter of the late David Vaughn Lindsey and Joyce Marie Rigsby Lindsey Gwin.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Mealer, Scottsville; her step father, Sidney Gwin, Bowling Green; one brother, Matthew Lindsey, Bowling Green; one sister-in-law, Pam Lindsey, Bowling Green.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Mike Lindsey.

There will be no visitation or funeral service.  Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
